It’s True What They Say. . .
On a trek to refresh sensibilities that can get
worn down by the constant urban beat, wound up
in a delicious little restaurant in a small town
never visited before.
Family owned.
Terrific chef.
Good variety of offerings.
So appreciated the patio dining and the wonderful
service and wallowing in the tasty desert
evening, the palm trees poking the visible sky.
When all of a sudden, from the cardinal points of
the compass, the four servers — none of whom
looked Italian, but who can tell — burst into
opera.
Pretty good.
To be followed twenty minutes later by Seasons of
Love.
Not so good.
WTF is that?
