The Uncommon Cure
On the phone, after blasting a friend’s eardrum
with an ugly attack of hacking left over from a
cold, was informed next time at the beginning of
whatever to start popping oil of oregano
capsules.
Did a little on-line research and found many
sources that claim oil of oregano cures/
prevents/alleviates the gamut, from candida
albicans through SARS, staph and yes, even
ebola, especially when combined with oil of clove.
Heck, what I have is simple, so this will be a
snap.
Remembered noticing a store in this little
shore town that said Herbal Supplies, so asked
Mr. Google to find herb stores in my ZIP code.
Six popped up, none with “Chinese” or “health food”
in their name.
Clicked on one, then another and another.
They are pot shops with slick websites and even Yelp
ratings. (Good, good and crazy, man.)
WTF is that?
Tags: I lied about the third rating. Was actually
another plain good, but who could resist? Not me.
No courier delivery advertised. Local customs vary,
doncha know.
